I am a politician, I am a businessman, I am natural man, I am all you need this term. Practically we have seen for many
years how our ward has been deduced into nothing as a result of many promises which ends up unfulfilled. I wont promise that
everyone will have everything, but I guess through my time in the office, I will not use the office as a bedroom to abuse
the rights of those who elected me, I will be your servant therefore I will have to serve my masters.
As we profess to honor the life and legacy of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and now his son Raila, this term, we should be mindful
of their words. As the leader of a movement tasked with dealing with politicians large and small, he came to become intimately
familiar with human nature and the psyche of the Luo politicians. He came to understand what made each tick and was able to
separate the wheat from the chaff. I am willing to take a step this term on a journey that no other Luo Youth has ever been
on. It is a step leading to the precipice of ultimate power.
We, along with the entire world, will get a chance to see what I am in reality; I may be nothing of the sort, but why
not give me a chance to test me!
My path to power has been eased by my gracious personality and my craven political accommodations to those of greater
power. My unique positioning in the field of 2007 contenders is both calculated and largely receptive.
Ooops! By the way, my name is Bernard Otieno Ojwang;. I am your son, brother and may be a cousin, but above all a friend.
I am married to Benta Ojwang and I have got two girls. I am from Ugenya but I have lived here in Kisumu all through my life,
I know it in and out.
In a Kenya where no stretch of horizon lacks a crane, I’ll pass the day before elections in a none working-class
of Kisumu neighbourhoods whose inhabitants have not all tasted the fruits of their votes for all decades.
Well, you know how it is: you start out having a bit too much for the votes, and then well, it’s just a couple
months to the general election day so it just seems reasonable to keep the bender going. Then, before you know it, it’s
someone is elected and you realize that even if you stopped then you’d be drunk through five years because you cant
go back and get your votes back and change. This is your chance to see that I help you and you help me. I am your servant,
I am your friend.
Having seen the trouble and misconception our leaders gather each day and prends to have made it out, which in the long
run, they enjoy a five year term in the office and spend times driving and discussing with ‘big’ people,
I’d rather promise to come down to you and help you understand the political narratives of our daily life, spending
times in the office if there is a function may be part of my work, but as a mere young guy, who is trying to understand the
truth about you and I, we’ll spend the great deals together. I will give a lot of promises, the truth is none of
my money will go there, but rather my friends who live here in Kenya and a broad, namely: the UK and the US will give me a
handful support. All they want is an avenue and a threshold to put their trust, and this as well they have asked me so. I
will surely help them and by helping them, I will surely sort you out. I am promise to help them help you. I am here as a
door.

I am shocked!
Ben has been a friend of mine, I am Frederick Ogara, a Luo by all virtues and I love politics so much so that when I heard
of Ben’s interest to join the ODM party, I promised to give him a support. I am alone, we all know that Kenya is
a poor state therefore there is no way to say that Ben will make it alone. He cannot unless we Luo’s in Diaspora
gives something. We spend $5 for a bottle of a beer, this is almost 350 Kenyan Shilling, how many beers do we drink in a week?
Some of us spend almost $500 for a beer every week. It is a challenge, as you can read this, dont drink a bottle this week,
spare me that $500 for Ben. So far we want to raise $20,000 within 45 days, friends you can help me. Tell friends and others
that all that is given to Ben is and will not be lost unless he will trun against us when he is on his throne. Dichuo nyaka
